CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS AT A STORE NEAR ME?
Currently, our products are exclusively available online here on the lovefooddream.com.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
lovefooddream.com accepts Paypal. Please verify your payment method is acceptable prior to your purchase.
HOW DO I SET UP THE ACCOUNT I CREATED AT CHECKOUT?
During the checkout process, you had the opportunity to create an account. You will be automatically emailed with your username and password. The email subject line is “Your LoveFoodDream account has been created!”. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folders if you do not see the email.
CAN I SHARE YOUR IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We’re so happy you want to share your love for the products here at the lovefooddream.com. Please credit us when using images from our sites and social media pages. Feel free to include our hashtags (#LoveFoodDream) and we may feature your images on our social media pages.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER? WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the China and around the world. Shipping costs are based on weight and provided directly by our shipping provider. We do offer 72-hour shipping and strive to get our products out to you in a timely manner.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We know you want to receive your products as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to get every product in your hands as fast as we can. How quickly you receive your planner will depend on which shipping method you choose at checkout. Orders are processed in the order received, usually within 72 hours, though there may be a short delay during busy shipping seasons or for orders placed on a holiday or weekend.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Because our orders are generally processed immediately once they are received, we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information. Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! International orders require extended shipping time and we are not responsible for delays at customs. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Additionally, import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in our shipping price. Please consult your country’s customs office prior to purchasing to determine these prices.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that committing to a product is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please take the time to review all our photos, and confirm that the size and dimensions will suit your needs, as all products sales are final once shipped.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can expedite a replacement.
It is your responsibility to assure the quality of all goods upon receipt. You must obtain a return shipping confirmation from us prior to returning any products. In order to be eligible to receive a refund or store credit for returned goods that are damaged or defective, your refund or store credit request must be received no more than thirty (30) days from the order placement date. Any approved refund or store credit will only be for the value of the returned items. For your security, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
